解决办法
BI Publisher Administrator needs to set permissions for users by following the below steps:
- Login to Oracle POD as an Administrator and navigate to the Quest folder in /Shared Folder/Custom folder.
- Click Permissions from the Tasks list.
- Grant Read or Travers permissions to any user, group or role using Toad.
4. Enable “Apply permissions to items with folder” and click OK
