The User wizard displays this page when it encounters an error while connecting to an Oracle database, or creating or configuring a user on that database.
The message shown in the error window indicates the kind of error that was found. Standard errors include:

| The information provided in the previous window is incorrect. | Review the information you entered in the previous window. |
| You are running the User wizard on a database that has a current Spotlight on Oracle connection. | Check if you or other Spotlight users are connected to the database. If so, disconnect from the database and restart the User wizard. If not, contact your database administrator for assistance. |
