Yes, below are the mappings that cannot be edited by the end-user as they affect the Prepare\Provisioning workflow and\or ERS:
Users:
- objectClass
- userPrincipalName - Can't be edited, we expect the target UPN to match the NewUserPrincipalName for created users.
- msExchHideFromAddressLists & HiddenFromAddressListsEnabled - Prepare process expects OnPrem targets to be hidden in GAL. Also required for OptInSync to work.
- targetAddress & ExternalEmailAddress - Prepare process expects these to == the source user's primary SMTP. Also required for ARS\OptIn Sync to work.
- msExchRecipientDisplayType, msExchRecipientTypeDetails, RecipientType, RecipientTypeDetails - Prepare expects the target to be created as a MailUser.

Unified Groups:

- msExchRecipientDisplayType, msExchRecipientTypeDetails & msExchRemoteRecipientType - Provisioning expects target recipient type to match source, also to enable the archive (msExchRemoteRecipientType) if enabled on source.
- msExchHideFromAddressLists & HiddenFromAddressListsEnabled - Provisioning process expects Cloud targets to be hidden in GAL. Also required for OptInSync to work.
- targetAddress - Provisioning process expects this to == the source user's primary SMTP. Also required for ARS\OptIn Sync to work.
Contacts:
- RecipientType & RecipientTypeDetails - required to create cloud contacts during provisioning.
- ExternalEmailAddress - Provisioning process expects this to == the source user's primary SMTP. Also required for ARS\OptIn Sync to work.
Unified Groups:
- RecipientTypeDetails – Provisioning expects UGs to be converted to Teams (based on migration profile setting)
