Cluster Latency Alarm
The Cluster Latency alarm is raised when cluster latency from all causes (interconnect, GES, LMS overhead) exceeds a specified threshold. Possible causes for this alarm are:
- High interconnect latency caused by overloading of the cluster interconnect.
- Queuing or overloading of GES (Global Enqueue Services) processes or LMS global cache service processes.
- A large amount of cache fusion activity.
Possible solutions to this problem include:
- Increasing the bandwidth of the cluster interconnect.
- Configuring additional GES or LMS processes.
