Enabling the SNMP Protocol
Spotlight is unable to display Open Ports information if the SNMP protocol has not been installed on:
- The Windows machine under diagnosis, AND
- The machine running the Spotlight client.
Enabling the SNMP protocol
- Open the Control Panel | Programs and Features.
- Click Turn Windows features on or off.
- Enable Simple Network Management Protocol.
- Follow the installation instructions.
