If network issues occur between the NetVault Backup Server and NetVault Backup Heterogeneous Client where the plug-in is installed during backup or restore jobs, the job fails with “Plug-in died unexpectedly” errors. If this issue occurs, the STSADM process on the client where the plug-in is installed does not end. Use the Windows Task Manager to end this process before running the backup or restore job again.
If you enter incorrect SQL Server credentials for a restore job, the plug-in erroneously indicates that the job completed successfully. The database is restored on SQL Server but the SharePoint site is not restored. Workaround: Enter the correct SQL Server User Name and Password on the Restore Options dialog box, and run the job again.	DNPSP-191
