User connected to a Sybase ASE 15.0.3 database and logging in as SA. He runs the SQL Inspector and immediately receives the error:
"Function not available. Grant viewing sysquerymetrics right to sa, or login as another user with the right to view sysquerymetrics."The SA log has access to everything.

原因
Sysquerymetrics view only exists in Master database.

解决办法
Sysquerymetrics view by default exists in all databases in Sybase 15. Contact Sybase support in regards to upgrade configuration. Ensure "Create QP Metric view for every database" checkbox is checked during upgrade of Sybase 15.
