After entering permanent license in Spotlight on Unix and viewing from Help->About it shows Unlicensed

解决办法
This is a known bug and it will be fixed in a future release (reference number - CR11808).
Please note this will not effect the way Spotlight on Unix works, its just the licensing display defect.
