Error running Powershell script in Alarm Actions: "Cannot execute a Powershell script for a Windows connection that uses the Diagnostic Server credentials" (4221017)

An Alarm Action rule was created to run a Powershell script using 'Execute a Powershell script' action.  When this Alarm Action rule is triggered, it shows the following error in Alarm log:

"Monitored Server - Windows Alarm Action Failure Action 'Action/{584921F3-4790-4477-8D56-704DE37FFCEF}/RunPowerShellScriptOperation/nvUpdatusService' failed : Action 'xxxx' failed : Cannot execute a Powershell script for a Windows connection that uses the Diagnostic Server credentials"

WORKAROUND:
In Alarm Action rule use 'Run a program' action to run Powershell script.  Example of command would be:
powershell.exe "c:\customcounter.ps1 

STATUS:
Waiting for fix in future release of Spotlight on SQL Server Enterprise.
