WORKAROUND:
1. Go to Diagnostic Server installation folder:
“C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Diagnostic Server\Agent\conf\Procedure”
2. Backup HighAvailability-Databases.xml, HighAvailability-AvailabilityGroupStates.xml and HighAvailability-Replicas.xml to another folder. Please don't rename or backup within the same folder
3. Replace the files with the attached files.
4. Restart the Spotlight Diagnostic Server services
