Error 32: The process cannot access the file as this is already used by another. (4315765)

Getting "The following error occurred Error 32: The process cannot access the file as this is already used by another" when using Spotlight on Oracle RAC.

The problem is being caused by the virus scanner running on your desktop.

WORKAROUND 1:

Please have the virus scanner exclude the Quest Software\Spotlight folder under the users "Documents and Settings" folder. Then restart Spotlight.

WORKAROUND 2:

Uninstall Spotlight, run QCClean and reinstall Spotlight, special after an upgrade this workaround can solve the issue.
