While looking at Shared Pool Utilization, Spotlight hangs and user tries to kill it from memory and receives the following error:

Issue fixed in version 4.0.4. The latest version of Spotlight on Oracle can be downloaded at: http://support.quest.com/support_download/Downloads.asp
