Getting error message below when launching Spotlight Cloud Diagnostic Server App for the first time:
Go to Control Panel | Internet Options | LAN settings.
Check < Use a Proxy Server for your LAN > and < Bypass proxy server for local addresses > . In exceptions, add localhost; 127.0.0.1
If no proxy is being used, please ensure the 'Spotlight Cloud Diagnostic Server' Windows service is running.
If it cannot be started, please verify that the Windows service account has 'Full Control' (Read/Write) permissions the on folder "C:\Program Files\Quest Software" (or the folder where the Cloud Diagnostic Server is installed.)
