Trying to add farm but keeps prompting to deploy solution -

When trying to add farm it keeps prompting to add the Security Explorer solution to the farm.

原因
Solution is stuck deploying -
解决办法
Check Central Admins Manage Solutions section for the solution. If it is stuck in "Deploying" stop it and redeploy. This should now be deployed and accessing the farm should work at this point.
