Would it be possible to create multiple backup retention policies in the same Secure Storage Server? -
说明
The Set-RMADStorageServerRetentionPolicy PowerShell cmdlet only works in a general way and is not able to create multiple retention policies in the SS server per backup type.
For example:
1- System state daily backups – remove if older than 14 days
2- System state weekly backups – remove if older than 180 days
3- Bare metal weekly backups – remove if older than 35 days -
解决办法
Is not possible to create multiple backup retention policies with Set-RMADStorageServerRetentionPolicy PowerShell cmdlet.
As a workaround, you may setup different computer collections (one for each kind of backup) each one linked with a different Secure Storage Server with its own retention policy.
