Issue
We receive the following errors in the log for this one user.

Error processing Calendar or Task folder during first Delta pass run migration again Thread was being aborted.

Solution
These errors are an indication that AutoExpandingArchive has been set on the mailboxes and that the data has started to be moved to additional storage locations. Once this happens Power365 is not able to access the data and these errors occur.
Click "Stop" and wait until this step completes.
Change the user to a profile that does not sync the archive data.
Once switched, sync the mail one more time to place the UM record into a successful "synced" state.
We do not support auto-expanding archives
Workaround
The only way to migrate all the data in the archive would be via exporting to PST.
Data is moved to secondary archive locations once the archive size reaches 90Gb and this value includes the recoverable data so it can occur quite a while before 90Gb as shown in the sizing in Power365.
