Accounts are showing in Wave Error
This could be because the waves have been linked to an AD Group and there is an issue with those settings. The user is a member of more than one wave or a member of the groups that are part of the waves.
Make sure the user is not member of multiple waves. Open a case with support to clear the error in the Backend You will need to provide the Project ID Number and Name. This is not something that can be seen in the portal and will need to be logged with Support for investigation on the backend database.
