解决办法
The latest PA agent installer is for SQL Server 11.0.6020.0 (X64), there is no SQL Server 2012 SP3 CU5 (11.00.6544) listed on the supported matrix on the PA release notes. However, this has been tested on Support Engineer's lab and it worked on Windows 64 bit. However, the development team did not test this.
