How to enable the backup schedule -

Creation of backups is disabled by default and must be enabled. This solution outlines how to enable the backup schedule. -
解决办法
- Sign in to Quest On Demand using Quest Software credentials or your On Demand account. For more details, please see Signing up for Quest On Demand
- Add your Azure Active Directory tenant as described on the Adding an Azure Active Directory Tenant page
- Go to the Backup & Recovery screen in Quest On Demand and click Go on the On Demand Backup and Recovery for Azure AD tile. The Dashboard screen will load.
- After the tenant is added, you have to configure the backup schedule:
- To configure the backup schedule, click Manage Backups on the Dashboard screen.
- Select the directory from the list and click Edit.
- In the Configure Backup dialog, select Enabled and click Save. After that, On Demand Backup and Recovery for Azure AD will create a backup of the directory every hour.
- Click Finish.
- To run the backup creation manually, go to the Tasks screen, select the task and click Start
