On Demand Migration for Teams Discovery Tasks -

In this video, the speaker discusses the process of creating discovery tasks in on-demand migration for Teams. It explains that there are two ways to create discovery tasks: through the front dashboard, where you can run a discovery across the entire tenant or choose to focus on Teams or Office 365 groups separately, or by mapping from a file if you only want to discover a specific set of teams. Also it mentions that future releases may include the ability to create a discovery for a separate group of teams. -

The video gives a demo of the following:- Login to ODM
- Click Migrate on the left navigation bar
- Click on Projects
- Click on Teams for the migration Project
- From the Dashboard tab click Discover All
- Create and run a Discover for All Teams and Groups
A Teams Discover can be run a few ways from the tabs available in the Teams module
Dashboard tab: Allows for discovery of All Teams, All Groups or All Teams and Groups
Teams tab: Discover Teams, allows to discover all teams or from a file
