原因
The Pass Phrase was complex. 20+ Character Alpha, Numeric, upper, lower case along with special characters. -
解决办法
The pass phrase is missing or incorrect.
Reduce the complexity to a simpler passphrase.
Test Running the Installer via CMD and passing directly the Token and Passphrase with the following line:
msiexec /i ODM_DesktopUpdateAgent.msi TOKEN=*** PASSPHRASE=*** /qb
