We are unable to sync the SID History for a single user. We see the following error in the workflow log: "User account is not sync to target domain."
If you have configured the Legacy Password Sync, perform the following actions.
1. Stop the Agent service in agent servers.
2. Remove “C:\Windows\BTPass” folder in the domain controller in both domains.
3. Start the service in both domains.
4. Inform user to reset password.
5. Reset the default password in Template.
