The number of concurrent migrations can be increased in the On Demand Migration for Email (ODME) portal under Options | Advanced. The new value cannot exceed the source and target mail system throttling setting EwsMaxConcurrency, which by default is:
To view the EwsMaxConcurrency value within Exchange Management Shell:
Get-ThrottlingPolicy | FL EwsMaxConcurrency
To change the EwsMaxConcurrency value for Exchange 2010, Exchange 2013 or Exchange 2016, use the Set-ThrottlingPolicy cmdlet.

Note: For Office 365, the default is set at 500. For migrations from on-premise Exchange to Office 365 (or vise versa) the limiting factor would be the on-prem Exchange server up to 500. The EwsMaxConcurrency value can be requested to be increased above 500 by contacting Microsoft Support, however this is at their discretion.
