Following upgrade to 11.4.x, when editing existing Target Sets, under "Media Options" some previously selected options are disabled.
For instance:
Reuse Media = With the same group label as target media - Radio button is no longer selected when it was when the set was saved.
When adding the missing option another disappears and it becomes impossible to select both:
"Reuse Media = With the same group label as target media"
and
"Target Media By" > "Media in group"
Clearing the browser cache may allow for the set to be corrected but when edited later on the same issue occurs.
