BT Agent can contact Server (4374021)

BT Agent can contact Server

After installation , BT agent can't contact the BT Server.

Network port is open and we reinstalled the agent with manual server setting and issue is the same

Error: Error retrieving domain or device name from WMI.
Not found

Windows license wasn’t correct on this computer and this disable WMI settings on it.

1. Open "run" and type "wmimgmt.msc." 2. Right Click "WMI control (Local)" and Click on "Properties." 3. If there is an error, in the "General Tab" you should see "Failed to initialize all required WMI Classes." 4. In this case since this is a Windows error the workaround is to reset the WMI repository. 5. From a CMD window type "winmgmt /resetrepository" 6. Restart the BT Agent service.
