LDAP filter is not working. Can Quest Software Support assist with troubleshooting the filter and creating a working one?
Quest Technical Support does not assist when creating, validating, testing or modifying any custom LDAP filters. Quest Technical Support will always ensure the basic functionality of the tool and verify if it works without any custom filters. Then customers will be asked to correct the issue with the filter or avoid using them.
