Mail source agent (or CSA) log shows the following when logging in to a mailbox:
CheckScope Informational 6266 Server info: Name - 'mailbox name', Version - CN=MailStore,CN=MailStore,CN=InformationStore,CN=ServerName,CN=Servers,CN=Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT),CN=Administrative Groups,CN=Microsoft Exchange,CN=Services,CN=Configuration,DC=Company,DC=com'.
The name of the mailbox is displayed as the Server name, and the agent attempts to login to the next mailbox in the collection resulting in neither mailbox being processed.
The mailbox, as seen by the agent, is out of scope for the collection in which it resides. As a result, the agent "throws" the mailbox and does not process.
To resolve:
1. Verify the mailbox database on which the mailbox resides is included in the Collection scope. Right-click the Collection and select Properties | Scope. If the mailbox database on which the mailbox resides is not included in the Scope, click Add to update the scope to include the database.
2. If the mailbox database on which the mailbox resides is included in the Collection scope, re-add the Source Exchange by right-clicking Source Exchange Organizations | Add Source Exchange organization. Click next, enter the Active Directory domain and login credentials, un-check (if checked) "Add Exchange topology only" and "Use Global Catalog for enumeration" and click Next and Finish when completed.
If the steps outlined in Resolution do not resolve the issue, check the homeMDB for the mailbox(s) using ADSI Edit or by exporting the source AD object attributes using LDIFDE. Make sure the mailbox resides in a Collection for the server name which is noted in the homeMDB attribute.
