RUM Basic Troubleshooting -
解决办法
Basically for RUM to work the following services needs to be running and set to Automatic ( not trigger start) on the machine:
Server
Remote Registry
RPC
- Service Account needs local admin on the workstation being processed.
- Need to be able to communicate and control workstations from RUM
- Remote connection to Computer Management without an error.
Check and see if the Quest Resource Updating Manager Agent Service on the machine.
From Machine being migrated needs to be able to get to \\RUM_Server\QuestResourceUpdatingLogs$\
Dns suffix, etc needs to be in place so that machine can access the machine with RUM.
User should be able to ping the machine from the RUM console and the RUM console from the Machine. (Netbios Name)
