After deploying a new Migration Manager for Active Directory (MMAD) console, the Open Project Wizard fails when connecting to the Project Database with the following error:
The following error occurred when configuring SCPs. An error occurred during cryptographic operation.

原因
The newly-deployed Console does not have the same hotfixes applied. In March 2019, a hotfix was released that added support for FIPS encryption. This re-encrypted the credentials. The newly-deployed Console cannot read the credentials from the database until the same hotfix has been applied -
解决办法
Apply the same hotfixes to the newly-deployed Console that have been applied to the original Console.
