User with "read" permissions can no longer access publishing pages in the target SharePoint site -
原因
Broken inheritance Permission were not successfully provisioned in SharePoint -
解决办法
1) Reset the permissions on Master Page Gallery in the Site collection. If it needs to be unique, switch to inheriting and then break the inheritance to make it unique
2) Toggle the permissions inheritance on the publishing "Pages" library. If it needs to be unique, switch to inheriting and then break the inheritance to make it unique
3) Publish and approve the publishing pages inside Pages library
