Error: "193: 0XC1" when starting the SQL Server Service, SQL Agent Service or LiteSpeed Activity Service
The service (any of the three:SQL Server Service, SQL Agent Service or LiteSpeed Activity Service) is being influenced by a program.exe in your hard drive root folder.
WORKAROUND:
Navigate to your root folder on your local hard drive, and look for a file called 'program'. Rename it to 'programOLD' and the service
The file will not be named "PROGRAM.exe" it may be just PROGRAM with no extension and it may or may not be on the root.
