The DELETE statement conflicted with the REFERENCE constraint "FK_LitespeedActivity_LitespeedDatabase (4374857)

The DELETE statement conflicted with the REFERENCE constraint "FK_LitespeedActivity_LitespeedDatabase

When the automatic job LiteSpeedCentral Activity cleanup job runs, it fails with the following error: 

The DELETE statement conflicted with the REFERENCE constraint "FK_LitespeedActivity_LitespeedDatabase". The conflict occurred in database "LiteSpeedCentral", table "dbo.LitespeedActivity". [SQLSTATE 23000] (Error 547) The statement has been terminated. [SQLSTATE 01000] (Error 3621).  The step failed.

A reference value in either of the tables of the LiteSpeed Central database is corrupted and the cleanup process cannot run completely. 

•  Remote into the server where the LiteSpeed Central database resides. 
• Go to Start menu - Quest Software - LiteSpeed Instance configuration.
• Go over the process of deploying the instance configuration with the default or existing values.

The process will not remove the current LiteSpeed Central database, but it will remove and re-apply all the LiteSpeed SPs including the one used for the Activity cleanup job.
