When I try to uninstall or remove "Quest SQL Tuning for Oracle" from the Windows 7 | Programs and Features, I get the error below. I am unable or I cannot un-install it. This is the only program or component left from Toad for Oracle in my computer. I have uninstalled Toad for Oracle and its other components already.

Per one Toad user response, re-installing Toad for Oracle and SQL Optimizer again, and then performing the un-install also again, successfully removed the left over "Quest SQL Tuning for Oracle" program or component.
