The Quest signing certificate that is used to sign Windows binaries for recent releases has been revoked by Quest IT. Users may now see warnings that the code is untrusted when they attempt to install the FMS or Windows FglAMs. This hotfix include new builds for the following to be fixed

System requirements
Installing this hotfix

Run the FMS installer
Verifying successful completion

Navigate to the Administration dashboard then select Configuration under the heading Server heading.

Confirm that the server version is 7.1.1
-
Download Foglight Agent Manager (FglAM) and see in properties that the digital certificate expiration date is on 2026
Removing this hotfix
Once installed, this hotfix cannot be removed.
