Here are the steps to delete an ODM Organization:
1.) Create a new Service Request for Support with the Subject, "Delete ODM Organization", or something similar.
2.) Include the ODM Organization ID and Region in the Service Request details -
Easiest way is to go into the Organization that you would like to delete | Tasks | Single-click on a task | Click Copy Diagnostics on the right-hand pane | Paste these details into the Service Request.
3.) Support will get the "Delete" option enabled for you, but will not actually Delete the Organization on your behalf.
4.) Support will notify you once the option to Delete has been enabled in your requested Organization. You will then have 7 days to actually delete the Organization, or the option to Delete will be removed.
5.) After Support has notified you that the Delete option is enabled, here are the steps to Delete your Org:
- Login to the ODM Portal
- Select the Organization you would like to Delete
- Click on your Login ID in the upper-right
