ODM AD: Device Cutover Creating New User Profiles -

After the migration is completed, when the user logs into the newly migrated computer, it creates a new profile and doesn’t connect to the old one. -
原因
There is an issue related to the Windows 10 1803 build where in certain conditions, the user will get a brand new profile after workstation cutover if the user does not have local admin rights. -
解决办法
There are two options that can help with this issue:
a) Grant local admin rights to the user temporarily. Once the user has one successful login, local admin rights can be removed.
or
b) Enable updates and upgrade Windows 10 1803 to the 1809 build or later. Build 1809 is not affected by this issue.
