Issue when the same DB user accesses and modifies the same object in Team Coding -
说明
When two different Window OS users are connected to a database in Toad for Oracle using the same database user, issues occur when performing check-ins and check-outs with Team Coding and a VCS (Microsoft TFS).
In this set up, an object is editable with one OS user even if the other OS user has the same object checked out.

原因
This behavior is expected as using the same DB user is not an expected and supported behavior in Team Coding. -
