Duplicate Host displayed under Infrastructure Dashboard (4305727)

It has been observed in some scenarios that under Infrastructure │Host or just the Infrastructure dashboard duplicate host are displayed.

Duplicate Agents may have been configured.

To fix the issue follow the steps below:

1. Run attached script via "Administration │ Tooling │ Script Console"
   Click on "Script" tab, and then click on "Add" button and run the attached script.
   It will return the duplicate host.
2. Based on the results go to "Administration │ Agents │ Agent Status"
3. Do a search for the duplicate Host agents, deactivate the duplicate that needs to get deleted and then click "Delete".
4. Now go to "Administration | Management Server | Servers | Object Cleanup"
5. On Object Cleanup dashboard click left hand on "Agent", then locate the agent you just deleted on the right hand sid and click on "Delete" button to delete the remaining agent objects.
6. Again on the left side click on "Host" and then on the right hand locate the host and delete it too.
