If you right click a computer and select "Show processing progress" in RUM, it shows no progress, despite the machine processing successfully. Also, the "Agent Status" may show "stopped", even though the agent is running.
What could cause this? How does RUM retrieve this information from the workstation?

The processing progress information is stored in the following file on each workstation:
%windir%\system32\vmover.txt
If RUM cannot access this file, then it will not show any processing progress, and will show the agent as stopped.
To troubleshoot this issue, try to open this file from the RUM console, while logged in as the service account. Make sure that no firewalls or permissions prevent access to this file.
Error messages related to accessing this file may be found in the RUManager.log file, located in C:\Program Files\Common Files\Aelita Shared\Migration Tools.
