How to turn the SNMP Trap receiver on ? (4279900)

Integration cartridge has been installed but SNMP Trap port(normally 162) is not running on the FMS.
Could you let me know the step for turning SNMP Trap receiver on ?

You will need to deploy the Integration Cartridge to the monitored host and configure the agent properties.
