How can I upgrade Agent Manager in the "Agent Managers" dashboard if the Upgradeable | Host = No?
The higher cartridge version of Foglight Agent Manager (FglAM) package is not installed on the Foglight Management Server (FMS) and that is the reason why the Upgrade = No for the FglAm host.
1. Please download the FglAM cartridge higher version.
2. Install the cartridge using the "Administration | Cartridge | Inventory" dashboard
3. Wait for a confirmation and check the status of the upgrade button - it should be enabled now.
