Users may experience an issue with fully managed Android devices, where, after initial setup, all apps become inaccessible. The device displays an error message: "Can't open this app - You do not have permission to perform this action. Contact your organization's IT administrator for more information." -
原因
This problem is typically related to a weak or non-existent PIN code on the device. A lack of appropriate security measures can interfere with the device's ability to access and operate apps. -
解决办法
- Navigate to KACE Cloud "Libraries | Passcode Rules" and create an entry specifically for Android devices to enforce a strong PIN. This step helps ensure that device security is maintained at the level necessary for apps to function correctly.
- Alternatively, if a PIN is not set on the device, go to the device's settings to configure a strong PIN.
Remember that a strong PIN enhances the security of the device and prevents unauthorized access. Therefore, always choose a PIN that is not easily guessable, includes a combination of numbers, and is unique to the user.
