Once a KACE Cloud subscription or trial expires, we begin a decommission process, which will ultimately destroy the tenant 60-days after expiration. Should you make a decision that you do want to renew/continue the service before this final step, please notify your Account /
Renewals Rep., which is much more time efficient than restarting a subscription or trial. Once the decommission is complete, you will not be able to recover data and will need to be re-provisioned and re-enroll devices to use the solution.
