How to setup repository cleanup job -

How to go about configuring repository cleanup job to keep only the required amount of data. For example, only need to keep 30 days worth of data and/or have only pre-configured amount of space to store data. -
解决办法
1. Make a new task to allow for scheduling of the job to run as needed and. Provide the task a meaningful name like 'Repository Cleanup task (30 days)'.2. Create a new job in the task. The type will be 'Repository cleanup'.3. Select the repository to cleanup.4. Set the time-frame to be 'older than' the desired interval.5. Select the InTrust server and then provide the job a name like 'Repository cleanup (30 days)'.6. Either wait for the 1st scheduled run of the task or run the task manually to have it start the 1st cleanup immediately. -
其他信息
Note: Repository cleanup removes the actual events from the repository. The index on the other hand is controlled on its own internal schedule. Every 24 hours (based on InTrust service start-up time) obsolete index data will be automatically deleted pending any work done by repository cleanup job.
