Incorrect permissions of the GPOAdmin Service account on the live Object

解决办法
Resolution
When Incorporating Live, GPOAdmin Service account takes the setting that have been made to the Live Object and adds them to the latest GPOAdmin Backup.
The reason for the Error is the GPOAdmin Service account doesn't have the correct permissions on the Live GPO. Make sure that the service account has Edit, Delete, and Modify Security on the live GPO as well as being the owner.
