Slow performance in login/ inconsistent login error / loading page slow -
说明
We are seeing slow performance in LDAP user login. sometimes we inconsistently experience username and password invalid error, when errors encountered, by keeping on click ok, the error goes away and user will login successfully. -
原因
Turn on Inspect if use MS Edge as browser, Developer tool if use Google Chrome as browser. Check if there are any network or browser response delays the response. What we found out is Edge delays response time. Due to the slow response time, Mart Portal application throw invalid username and password inconsistently.

解决办法
Please use Google Chrome or Firefox as the browser over MS Edge for erwin Mart Portal.
