How to make an offline license for ER360

12.5 ER360 could not make an offline license.  12.5.1 and later versions introduces this capability.

You may have a firewall blocking the license server on IP address: 20.237.110.18 (my.nalpeiron.com)
Or your PC may not have an internet connection
The symptom looks like the following (Not Active)

In these cases it is better to generate the host file and use an offline license for ER360
Example of where the license server is blocked, initialization screen responds "Not Active"

You may have a firewall blocking the license server on IP address: 184.106.60.185 (my.nalpeiron.com)
Or your PC may not have an internet connection
You may have 'not active' come up when trying to license ER360

Launch the Configure Mart Portal window
Click the Download Hostinfo button and save the HostFile.JSON file locally
 

Open a licensing issue on https://support.quest.com/contact-us/licensing stating you would like an offline ER360 license generated and attach the hostFile.json to the ticket and also provide your 18 digit license code.

Quest Licensing will provide you with a token you can then use to initialize the offline license with ER360.

Then paste the token into the license field below and you will then be able to press the Initialize button to initialize ER360.
 

  NOTE: an offline token is not available for a trial license.
