Content Matrix - Compare job fails with error: Index was out of range. Must be non-negative... (4377870)

When re-running a compare job you get the following error:

Error: Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection.

This is a known issue.

Our Product Team is aware of this issue and is working towards a solution in a future release of Content Matrix. 

As a temporary workaround create a new compare job.
