原因
Connecting to SharePoint Online Site Collections with "Web Browser Authentication" as an Authentication Type doesn't support running the Job as a PowerShell Script / Scheduled Task -
解决办法
The Authentication type used to connect to SharePoint Online Site collections must be "Office 365 OAuth/Standard/ADFS Authentication" or "Office 365 OAuth with MFA Authentication (Not Auto Detected)"Note: It is recommended that the connections to the source and target environments have the Remember my password check-box selected
