QCS is unable to access one of the Public Folders.
Exclude the problematic Public Folder from processing by implementing the AdminGroupBlacklist registry value.
Disclaimer:
Quest does not provide support for problems that arise from improper modification of the registry. The Windows registry contains information critical to your computer and applications. Make sure you back up the registry before modifying it. For more information on the Windows Registry Editor and how to back up and restore it, refer to Microsoft Article ID 256986 “Windows registry information for advanced users”: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=256986
1. Go to your QCS machine.
2. Close the QCS console.
3. Run Registry Editor.
4. Locate the following key:
On a 32-bit OS: HKLM\Software\Aelita\AelitaCollaborationServices
On a 64-bit OS: HKLM\Software\Wow6432Node\Aelita\AelitaCollaborationServices
5. Add a new Multi-String Value "AdminGroupBlacklist" (also see the screenshot attached to the article).
6. Edit the "AdminGroupBlacklist" and add the folders to be excluded from processing, one item per line. For example:
EX:/o=Org/ou=OU2
EX:/o=Org/ou=OU3
7. Restart the 'Quest Collaboration Services Synchronization Service' to apply the changes.
